3 turns (15 seconds) in which time the Bard music be in physical contact with the object or creature.

Explanation:

 

When the Bard'sTell Chant is resisted, the Bard will be enlighten of the background and history of an animal, item, or the place this ability is invoked within.

Legend lore, history true,

gazing back through time.

 

Like the wind, see clear, see through,

as stars at night do shine.
